In THE MIND’S EYE, Zack Connors (Skipper) and Rachel Meadows (Carter) were born with incredible psychokinetic capabilities. When word of their supernatural talents gets out, they find themselves the prisoners of Michael Slovak (Speredakos), a deranged doctor intent on harvesting their powers.
