Flore Celebrates 4/20

4/20, the stoner holiday, turns out to be less chilled than usual this time, when 5 young women decide to spend this special day having a big time, far from home.

Jess and her four childhood friends start a journey and venture themselves deep into the woods, the atmosphere is perfect for a 4/20.  Champagne, hotdogs, wood fire, and suddenly as if he fell from the sky a young bearded man appears in front of their eyes. Frightened, mumbling and offering a backpack full of the finest cannabis harvest, jackpot! The girls accept the offering and he runs away.

Buddy (yes, that’s how people call him), found the weed paradise, and along with the happiness that so much green brought, he and his friend found a curse. As they say… “dead man tell no tales”, they will be history soon.

4/20 can be a perfect day to commemorate the story of the Waldos and how the whole legend started, let me refresh your memory:

“In 1971, five high school students in Marin County, Calif., created a ritual for getting high. They would meet at 4:20—when most after-school activities were done—and smoke near a specific wall outside of their school, earning them the nickname the “Waldos.” The number became a code for meeting up. Then the friends would venture out into the nearby Point Reyes National Seashore to find cannabis plants rumored to have been abandoned. Some say they even had a treasure map.”

Weed lovers gather together to share some of that holy smoke, but up in the hills, where the girls decided to celebrate, they will find cold blood killers in camouflage, ready to defend their most precious treasure from foreigners, and that treasure is no more and no less than MARIHUANA.

Dylan Reynolds, directs this stoner slasher film, with hints of comedy and an accurate selection of hotties. Vanessa Rose Parker (Samurai Cop 2), Justine Wachsberger (Divergent), Stacey Danger (‘’Jean-Claude Van Johnson’’), Marissa Pistone (Raze), and the well-known ass-kicker Jamie Bernadette (I spit on your grave: Deja vú,  Killing Joan).

If you haven´t decided yet how will you spend your 4/20 this year, we have great news for you!
