The excitement for ALIEN: COVENANT has been so strong but nothing compared me for what I saw at the FOX SHOWCASE. Star Katherine Waterston took the stage and gave us some insight into the film as well as showing us some amazing footage.

What I can say is that this film sets a new standard for the chestburster that will give the most jaded Alien fan something to squirm about. It looks and feels like ALIEN in the best way. The production design is a little more Alien than Prometheus but it all meshes perfectly.

As far as chills go, the footage left me in awe for so many reasons. I saw this two weeks ago and have been dying share it. Check out the first trailer for ALIEN: COVENANT.
